  • Deposit limit: Set a limit for how much you can deposit within a certain time period. When you reach this limit, you are unable to make further deposits until the chosen time period expires.

  • Wagering limit: Using this limit, you can control how much you are allowed to wager within a pre-determined time period.

  • Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion allows you to take a complete break from gambling at Chipz. You will be unable to log in to your account until the self-exclusion period is over.

    If you want to activate a permanent self-exclusion, or to reverse a previously activated exclusion, we kindly ask you to contact our customer support at [email protected] stating your reasons. Please be aware that self-exclusions requested by email are not immediate. We will do our utmost to handle your request and will inform you as soon as the self-exclusion is active.

    You can activate a indefinite self-exclusion at any time. By opting for this option you are unable to log back in to your account without contacting our customer support. If you wish to reverse such an Indefinite Self-Exclusion you will have to undergo a mandatory 7-day waiting period. This period will start from the moment of your request. It is possible to extend a self-exclusion period for minimum 6 months by contacting our Customer Support.
