Can I make transactions at Chipz before my account is verified?

Registering with your bank details already provides an initial Know-Your-Customer (KYC) status, so you will be able to deposit and withdraw modest amounts before we ask you for further verification. As per the gaming regulations we are bound by, Chipz Casino will ask you to perform a KYC after a certain transaction threshold has been met.

A standard KYC control usually just involves us asking you to provide documentation that proves that you are who you say you are, and that you are the rightful holder of the bank account you are using.

Please be aware that we will contact you when you need to go through a KYC check. There is no need to reach out to our support about KYC controls before we ask you for one.
