Bonus Terms

1 - Bonus Limits

All bonuses are limited to one per person, household, computer, or IP unless otherwise specified.

2 - Forfeiting Bonuses

Players can forfeit their bonus amount at any time and withdraw any remaining Real Money balance.

3 - Wagering Requirements

All casino bonuses are subject to thirty-five times (35x) wagering unless stated otherwise in the campaign terms. Welcome Bonus Free Spins and Free Spins received from levelling up are exempt from this and carry no wagering requirements.

4 - Bonus Funds and Real Money

Real Money and bonus funds will be used in the following order:

1. Real Money
2. Bonus Money

Real Money bets cannot be used to clear Bonus Wagering Requirements. Only when placing a Bonus Money bet, or a bet containing Bonus Money, is the wagering requirement decreased by the amount of the Bonus Money wagered, up to a maximum of 5 EUR. Real money bets generate real money winnings, while mixed or bonus-only bets generate bonus money winnings.

5 - Negligible Bonus Balance

When the bonus balance goes under 0.05 EUR, then that bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.

6 - Maximum Bonus Bet

The maximum bet allowed when using Bonus Money is 5 EUR per spin or 0.50 EUR per bet line until all wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Chipz Casino reserves the right to void bets and winnings resulting from wagers of larger amounts.

7 - Variations in Wagering Fulfilment

Please note that different games contribute a different percentage towards the wagering requirements:

• Some games cannot be played with Bonus Money, and you will receive an error message when trying to place bets or open a game excluded from bonus play.

8 - Deposit Bonus & Free Cash Expirations

Unless stated otherwise, all deposit and free cash bonus offers will expire after 24 hours, excluding the Welcome Bonus. Once the reward or bonus has been claimed, the player has 60 days to use it, or the remainder may be forfeited. Registered players must log in to Chipz.com and visit My Rewards to accept all rewards or bonuses to have these applied to their account.

9 - Bonus Money Expiration

Chipz reserves the right to withhold and remove any Bonus Money awarded if it has not been used within 60 days from the date awarded.

10 - Risk Hedging

Risk hedging, such as, but not limited to, betting Red Bet and Black Bet on any single roulette round, will not contribute to any part of a promotion. This includes bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using risk hedging tactics to redeem their bonuses or cash prizes risk having their bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings removed.

11 - Free Spins

Winnings on Free Spins (free rounds) have a wagering requirement of thirty-five (35x) the winning sum unless otherwise stated in the Free Spins campaign. If no specific information is given regarding wagering requirements when receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement is set to thirty-five (35x) times the sum of the received bonus amount.

12 - Free Spins for Specific Games

Free Spins provided as part of the Welcome Bonus or part of any other promotion or incentive will be allocated by Chipz Casino to a game of their discretion.

13 - Incomplete Feature Plays

Winnings from "free spins" or "bonus" features initiated with bonus funds - but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost, expired or forfeited - will be removed.

14 - Saved Progress in Games

Using Bonus Money primarily to advance through the bonus stages of games that save progress (games such as, but not limited to, Scrooge, Devil's Delight, Champion of the Track, Castle Builder and Robin Hood) is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in the winnings from the bonus round and subsequent winnings being voided.

15 - Welcome Offer

Our welcome offer includes 100 Free Spins on your first deposit.Winnings from these Free Spins are not subject to any wagering requirements.

15.1 - Allocation of Welcome Bonus Free Spins

Per the Welcome Bonus, Spins will be allocated at 10 Spins per day over ten (10) days, at 0.10 EUR each.

15.2 - Welcome Bonus Deposit

A minimum deposit of 20 EUR is required to activate the Welcome Bonus.

16 - The Progress Bar

A minimum bet of 0.20 EUR with Bonus Money or Real Money is required to advance the Progress Bar. Filling the Progress Bar will award you Free Spins. Winnings from these Free Spins are not subject to any wagering requirements.

17 - Cashback Item Terms

Cashback is only awarded as a percentage of net losses in Real Money. Bets using Bonus Money will not accumulate cashback.

• Cashback is paid in Bonus Money. Normal Bonus Money wagering conditions apply.
• A minimum of 1 EUR cashback must be earned for cashback to be applied to your account.
• Cashback is only paid into open accounts.
• The maximum amount of cashback that can be earned with any claimed "Cashback Chip" in My Rewards is 100 EUR.

18 - VIP Cashback Terms

VIP cashback is calculated as follows: (Real Money + Bonus Money bets) - (Real Money + Bonus Money wins) - bonus granted - jackpot contribution + (bonus forfeited + bonus auto-forfeited + bonus expired).

• The Cashback to be awarded is 10% of the net losses as per the above calculation.
• The weekly cashback period is from Friday 00:00:00 - Thursday 23:59:59 (UTC).
• VIP cashback is paid in Bonus Money and is subject to a 1x wagering requirement.
• A minimum of 10 EUR must be earned for cashback to be applied to your account.
• Cashback is only paid into open accounts.

20 - Buy Free Spins Bundles

You must use Real Money from your active balance to purchase Free Spins.

• You must have sufficient funds in your player account to purchase the Free Spins. If you do not, you will be prompted to add funds. The amount stated on the Reward Card (the card showing the offer available under the "My Rewards" section) will be deducted from your account's Real Money balance once you confirm the purchase.
• Unless otherwise stated in the reward card, the purchased Free Spins must be claimed within 24 hours of purchase.
• The funds utilised to purchase the Reward Cards are deemed non-refundable.

21 - Balance Booster Bonus

The Balance Booster bonus is credited to your account as Bonus Money, and the deposited amount connected to the Balance Booster will also be converted into Bonus Money.

• The amount converted from your deposit toward the Balance Booster bonus will be subject to the percentage and maximum bonus amount offered in the corresponding promotion.
• Normal bonus wagering requirements of thirty-five times (35x) apply (deposit amount connected to bonus offer + bonus amount granted by Chipz) unless stated individually in the terms and conditions of the specific offer.
• Any attempt to withdraw the Balance Booster Balance before the wagering requirements have been met will result in a forfeit of the whole Balance Booster balance.
• All above-mentioned normal bonus terms apply.
