How long does an Account Verification take?

We do our utmost to verify all KYC documents within 24 hours of receiving them. In certain situations, such as during extra busy periods, there might be a slight delay in this process. In these cases we profoundly apologise for the inconvenience caused and we appreciate your patience.

If your KYC is taking more than a few working days to complete, and we have not reached out to you to request additional documentation, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Support to ask what’s causing the delay.
