Can I permanently close my Chipz account?

It’s not possible to permanently close your account through the Chipz website. If you want to permanently close your account we kindly ask you to reach out to our Customer Support via email. We also ask you to state your reasons for closing your account permanently.

Be aware that if you permanently close your account, in most cases you won’t be able to another account at Chipz.
